Pricing varies on the frequency per week and duration of each session. Whether it is 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have the new client go through a fitness movement screening process to check for any instabilities and previous injuries and imbalances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Oregon State University with a Major in Kinesiology (Human Movement Studies). I trained myself through 4 bodybuilding competitions and went through trials in getting myself into shape with diet style and exercise. Following the competitions I applied my skills to training myself to other people and found fulfillment in the kind of feedback as a communicator and coach. I attribute my base of knowledge to interning at Samaritan Athletic Medicine in Corvallis. I am also NSCA and KIEP Certified.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
During my first month with a client at NXT Level Fitness I got her to fit into new size of smaller pants and toned her arms.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Research their credentials, training style, and reviews especially.
